Shipping:
All orders will go out within 3 to 5 business days.

Packages:
The crystals are packed with extreme care. Once they are turned over to the USPS - we are not responsible for any lost - damaged - stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office if you should have any concerns.

Return and Exchange Policy:
MoonWaterLife does not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.
